Business Development Representative
Location: Fully remote in either CST or EST
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm
Chronic Care Staffing is seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our healthcare partnerships nationwide.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and creating opportunities for growth. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue by connecting healthcare organizations with staffing solutions that support exceptional patient care.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- Identify, prospect, and engage healthcare organizations through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and social selling.
- Build relationships with healthcare executives, practice administrators, office managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contract execution and client onboarding.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and needs.
- Present and position Chronic Care Staffing's services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track activities within CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed revenue, activity, and business development goals.
- Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Attend conferences and generate new leads through the efforts put forth into conference planning and execution.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales goals.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
