This role is part of our Sales Operations / Growth / Commercial team supporting the EMEA region. Our team is the engine of sales excellence within DEPT®, driving sustainable growth and maximizing efficiency across commercial activities. As part of our team, you'll be immersed in a diverse, fast-paced environment, collaborating with regional VPs of Growth, Pitch Leads, and market operators across BENO, UKI, and DACH. We are the backbone of DEPT®, ensuring seamless operations, predicting resource capacity, and arming our pitch teams with the strategic intelligence they need to win. JOB PURPOSE


As a Growth Operations & Pitch Enablement Manager, you are responsible for optimizing the end-to-end pitch process and commercial workflow across EMEA. In this role, you will be a proactive driver of our unified pitch pipeline and prospect intelligence. You will ensure that our markets act as a unified front, leveraging tech, data, and market research to increase our overall win rates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pitch Pipeline & Resource Coordination

  • Unified Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a centralized EMEA tracking framework to provide a rolling visual radar of all cross-market pitch opportunities.
  • Workload Integration: Map key pitch criteria to integrate regional and market-specific pipelines and predict parallel workloads.

Prospect Intelligence & Post-Pitch Governance

  • Prospect Dossiers: Conduct background research on target accounts to deliver competitive reviews, executive bios, and digital footprint audits ahead of chemistry meetings.
  • Win/Loss Audits: Own the post-pitch loop by collecting Win/Loss Questionnaires for closed opportunities in collaboration with Global New Business Leads.

Asset Curation: Feed pitch outcomes back into the EMEA Case Library/Pitch Engine (Suits) to continuously elevate core baseline assets

Foundational Support, Procurement & Compliance

  • Initial Pitch Gatekeeping: Coordinate EMEA conflict checks, research and share relevant public tenders, and handle foundational NDA reviews to accelerate the inbound sales funnel.
  • AI RFI Champion: Act as the main EMEA operator and trainer for our AI-driven Pitch Engine (Suits) to automate and accelerate traditional RFI/tender information gathering.
  • Portal & Database Ownership: Manage supplier portal processes (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, client platforms) and continuously optimize our central internal information database.
  • CRM Integrity: Audit Salesforce dashboards, tracking pitch data accuracy and holding opportunity owners accountable to ensure flawless forecasting.
  • Provide occasional bridge support to local inbound teams during peak vacation periods.

KPIs (examples)

  • Pipeline Accuracy & Completeness: The data integrity of the rolling pitch pipeline across all three EMEA markets.
  • Intelligence Quality: The depth, execution, and commercial utility of prospect dossiers and competitive reviews delivered prior to chemistry meetings.
  • Win/Loss Questionnaire Compliance Rate: Percentage of closed pitches successfully tracked and debriefed via official feedback channels.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Quarterly feedback from VPs of Growth and Pitch Leads regarding operational support, tool efficiency, and strategic enablement.

WHAT YOU'll BRING

  • Are internationally oriented and master the English language flawlessly in speaking and writing; additional fluency in German and/or Dutch is a significant advantage.
  • Have 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Bid Management, Account Coordination, or a structured project management role within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Possess strong data-literacy skills, with advanced capabilities in Google Sheets/Excel for pipeline tracking and data visualization.
  • Are a naturally proactive "Strategic Driver"—you do not wait to be assigned a task; you identify the process gap, propose the solution, and build the structure independently.
  • Demonstrate excellent research skills and natural curiosity, with the ability to dig up valuable commercial intelligence on companies, competitors, and executives.
  • Have experience with, or a strong passion for, implementing and prompting AI tools to replace manual, repetitive workflows.
  • Previous experience with the AI Pitch Engine platform "Suits" (or similar automated RFX tools) is considered a strong advantage.
  • Possess high emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and the confidence to hold senior stakeholders and cross-functional craft leads accountable for timelines and data updates.
  • Have solid experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage sales funnels and ensure data transparency.
  • Thrives under the healthy, fast-moving pressure of pitch environments, with the agility to shift between strategic research and urgent operational tasks seamlessly.
