Position Summary:

As the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Empower, you will drive business impact through strategic financial leadership in a hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment. You will take ownership of financial planning processes, leveraging AI as a force multiplier to enhance speed, scale, quality, and decision-making. Your role will align with Empower's ambitious growth trajectory by setting P80-P90 talent expectations, emphasizing strategic thinking, execution rigor, and learning agility. Responsibilities:
