- Prototype reports, analyses, and concepts in Excel before formal BI development at a fast pace
- Support ongoing KPI scorecards and reporting solutions that are integral to WBR/MBR/QBR processes, including refreshes, enhancements, and introduction of new metrics as business needs evolve
- Work iteratively with stakeholders to refine requirements and validate business use cases
- Translate prototypes into scalable BI requirements
- Balance speed and agility with long-term scalability and governance
Business Partnership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as key liaison between BI, Strategy, and business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements
- Develop strong understanding of business context and value drivers
Analytics Enablement via AI

- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL is considered an asset
