What You'll Do
As Director of Operations, you will provide leadership and oversight for regional operations, financial performance, growth initiatives, and team development.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day operations across multiple service lines and locations
- Driving strategic growth and achieving operational and financial goals
- Partnering with Business Development teams to support market expansion and census growth
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical and operational leaders
- Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing improvement strategies
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and company standards
- Supporting quality improvement initiatives and positive patient outcomes
- Managing budgets, payroll oversight, and operational efficiencies
- Collaborating with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives
- Building strong relationships with referral partners, community stakeholders, and healthcare professionals
- Creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of home health, hospice, or healthcare leadership experience
- Proven success leading teams, driving growth, and managing operational performance
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance metrics
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to inspire teams while maintaining accountability and operational excellence
