DNAM Brands is seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee global apparel manufacturing across our portfolio of iconic fashion brands. Working with industry-recognized names such as Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka, this role is critical in ensuring product moves seamlessly from development to bulk production—on time, on cost, and to brand standards.

As Production Manager, you will act as the operational bridge between Design, Sourcing, and overseas factories. You’ll oversee timelines, vendor communication, and workflow execution to ensure smooth, efficient global production.
 
This is a hands-on, highly operational role that requires sharp organization, proactive problem-solving, and strong vendor management skills.
 
You will play a key role in:
-Driving efficient overseas production
-Maintaining consistency across multiple factories
-Protecting quality and margin targets
-Supporting successful seasonal launches and deliveries
### Responsibilities
  • Manage overseas production from development through bulk delivery
  • Coordinate daily communication with Asia-based factories and vendors
  • Track timelines, production milestones, and factory capacity
  • Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets
  • Review and approve production samples, lab dips, trims, and pre-production approvals
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and implement solutions quickly
  • Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and provide regular status updates to internal teams
  • Partner with Design and Sourcing to ensure smooth handoff from development to bulk
  • ### Qualifications
  • 3+ years of production experience in apparel manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of overseas production processes and factory workflows
  • Direct experience working with Asia-based vendors and suppliers
  • Ability to manage multiple styles, brands, and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of garment construction and quality standards
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
