Art Teacher

We are looking for an Art Teacher for an international school based in Shenzhen. This position is available in the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year in August 2026.

Job responsibilities

• Teach art to secondary school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• Complete other teaching-related activities as arranged by the school

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Art or related subjects or having teaching certificates
• Capable of teaching Art theory including; Art appreciation/Art history
• Have an understanding and ability to teach pupils of all abilities
• Previous experience in an international school preferred
