As a Marketing Specialist at Kymera, you will help strengthen the company’s brand presence through creative marketing strategies, content creation, and digital campaigns.

You will work closely with design, sales, and management teams to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the company’s growth and visibility.

This role is ideal for a creative and proactive candidate with strong communication skills, marketing awareness, and passion for branding, content, and digital media.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media content
  • Support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Coordinate with design and sales teams
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling
  • Monitor engagement and marketing performance

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or social media
  • Strong communication and content writing skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools and workflows
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
  • Knowledge of branding and content strategy
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
