As our national footprint continues to grow through acquisitions, new developments, and strategic initiatives, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for executives, leadership teams, and key employees.

Position Overview

The Corporate Travel Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate and executive travel needs. You will handle end-to-end travel planning, booking, and coordination while ensuring compliance with company travel policies, optimizing costs, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.This role is ideal for a highly organized travel professional who thrives on solving problems quickly and making travel seamless for busy executives and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, rental cars, and visas when required.
  • Create detailed itineraries, manage changes, and handle last-minute adjustments with minimal disruption.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate travel policies while identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and booking platforms to secure preferred rates and services.
  • Track and manage travel expenses, prepare reports, and support reconciliation processes.
  • Provide high-touch support to executives and travelers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay current on travel regulations, airline policies, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with group travel, meetings, and event logistics as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Travel Agent, Corporate Travel Coordinator, or Executive Travel Planner(strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of airline booking systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus), travel platforms, and itinerary management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle last-minute changes calmly and effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate setting with shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience booking corporate or executive-level travel.
  • Familiarity with travel management systems (TMS) and expense management tools.
  • Knowledge of corporate travel policies and expense reporting processes.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
