You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to German-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with Fitbit products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat related to Fitbit products.
• Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, synchronization, and product usage inquiries.
• Provide guidance on Fitbit app functions and health tracking features.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex issues requiring escalation.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
