As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating user-generated social media content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company standards. Your work will help maintain a safe and respectful online environment for the German-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in German in accordance with company policies and community standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and inquiries in German.
• Identify, escalate, and document inappropriate or harmful content according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to improve content moderation strategies and community engagement.
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in social media content moderation or community management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and challenging content professionally.
