About the role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, working with the team to sell engineering steel and stainless products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering customer enquiries over phone and email
- Processing orders and preparing quotes
- Following up with customers to keep things on track and get feedback
- Supporting the sales team and helping spot new opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Helping with stock control and inventory
- Assisting with general admin tasks as needed
Requirements
- On-site Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
- Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and part of the team
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
