The role
Nebius Token Factory is looking for a strategic and technical Product Marketing leader to define how the next generation of AI inference infrastructure is positioned and brought to market. In this role, you’ll shape messaging, launches, and go-to-market strategy for cutting-edge AI capabilities across enterprise audiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to turn complex infrastructure and model innovation into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption, enable customers, and differentiate Nebius in a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Token Factory across enterprise and AI-native customers
- Develop narratives around key inference use cases including agentic AI, multimodal AI, reasoning models, and fine-tuning
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for launches, platform capabilities, model releases, and ecosystem partnerships
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities through customer, market, and competitive insights
- Lead sales enablement including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and case studies
We expect you to have:
- Have 7–10+ years of product marketing experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise software
- Have experience bringing highly technical products to market for both developer and enterprise audiences
- Understand modern AI infrastructure, inference, open-source models, or cloud/GPU ecosystems
- Have a strong track record of product launches, GTM execution, and technical storytelling
- Can translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for technical and business audiences
- Have experience supporting enterprise sales with strong enablement and competitive positioning
- Thrive in fast-moving, highly cross-functional environments
- Possess exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills
