Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to products or services.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately within the CRM system.
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- An exceptional fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) and a minimum B2 proficiency in English is required.
- Technical knowledge or experience in a related technical customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
