Warehouse Lead

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a warehouse lead in Union City, CA 94587.

Responsibilities

• Leading and helping warehouse workers during the shift.
• Assigning daily tasks and making sure work gets completed.
• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming shipments.
• Organizing inventory and keeping the warehouse clean and safe.
• Training new employees on procedures and safety rules.
• Helping with shipping, picking, packing, and loading orders.
• Keeping inventory records accurate and reporting shortages or damages.
• Communicating with supervisors, drivers, and other departments.
• Enforcing safety procedures and company policies.
• Solving day-to-day problems on the warehouse floor.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday from 2:00am to 10:30am.

Pay: $24.00/hour paid Bi-weekly.

Requirements:

- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish.

- Minimum of one year of warehouse experience.

- Must be able to successfully complete the E-Verify process.

- Reliable transportation to get to work.

- Steel-toe boots.

- have two valid forms of ID to apply.

- Background check is required
