Payroll Clerk

We’re on the lookout for a Payroll Clerk who can keep our payroll running smoothly, accurately, and right on time every pay period. You’ll play a key role in making sure our employees are paid correctly—because happy employees start with accurate paychecks.

What You’ll Do

• Review and correct time punches and timesheets

• Process payroll data accurately and on schedule
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Partner with managers to clarify schedules and issues
• Process garnishments, deductions, and W-2s
• Keep payroll records organized and compliant

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
• 2–3 years of payroll experience
• Knowledge of payroll processes and tax laws
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Professional communication and confidentiality

Pay rate for this position is from $22.50-$24.
