Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product(Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way
- Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
- Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
- Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
- Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
- Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
- Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
- Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
- Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Strong communicator who listens well and adapts your approach to the customer in front of you
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement
- Professional and discreet when working with sensitive customer information
- Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check
- Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback
- Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is helpful but not required
Compensation
- Base wage 16/hr plus uncapped commission
- Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
- Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
