Dental Scheduling Coordinator

$25–$30/hour | Full-Time

Our prestigious, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this important role, you’ll help ensure our hygiene department stays full while providing support across both the front and back office as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys multi-faceted responsibilities, contributing to patient care, and growing professionally within a supportive and collaborative practice.

What You’ll Do

As the Dental Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our hygiene schedule full and supporting patients and staff throughout the office. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and filling the hygienist schedule
  • Calling to reactivate patients and encourage appointments
  • Assisting at the front desk as needed
  • Supporting back office operations when necessary
  • Ensuring a positive, welcoming experience for every patient

  • Previous experience in dental administration, scheudling coordination, or front office support
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, patient-centered attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn across all areas of the office
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: $25–$30/hour
  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
