We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Finish Machinist to join our precision machining team. This is an opportunity to work in one of the cleanest, most advanced, and best-equipped machine shops in the area — alongside a team that takes pride in quality workmanship and precision machining.

If you enjoy working with advanced equipment, holding tight tolerances, and machining complex components in a professional environment where quality matters, this is an excellent opportunity to continue growing your career.

Our machinists work with advanced Mazak platforms including the Mazak Versatech series (V100/V140) and Mazak Integrex e-V series (e-1850), producing precision-machined steel castings to tolerances as tight as .0005”.

  • Hiring on 1st and 2nd shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate advanced CNC machining centers and turning centers
  • Machine complex steel castings to extremely tight tolerances

  • Program mills and lathes while optimizing machining processes
  • Use precision measuring equipment to verify critical dimensions
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled team to solve machining and process challenges
  • Work on challenging, high-precision parts — not repetitive production work
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recent CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment required
  • Trade school, technical certification, or college coursework in machining or manufacturing technology may be considered in lieu of some experience
  • Previous experience with 5-axis machining strongly preferred
  • Prior Mazak experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining documentation
  • Strong computer proficiency and mathematical aptitude required
  • Experience working to extremely tight tolerances in a high-precision environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
