Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support reservation management and ensure all booking-related details are handled accurately and efficiently. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality client experience through organization and communication.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and document client preferences and details
  • Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate confirmations, updates, and necessary follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations
  • Assist with administrative coordination and workflow support
