In this role, you will interact with Swedish-speaking clients, providing them with timely and effective support to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and online chat channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems with a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is beneficial.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
