• You are the end-to-end owner of a product or business. You will need a cross-functional set of skills to manage product development, a project of bringing something new to market, or a group of people already working on a new venture.

• You want to build something new and see it through from conceptualization, development, go-to-market plan, and launch.

• You will own the Venture’s P&L, build financial forecasts, and present the Venture internally and externally to various groups

• You are meticulous in your planning and can handle multiple work streams simultaneously. You have done project management in the past and have a cross-functional understanding of how various departments within a company interact - in your new role you will be required to leverage a global organization and its resources across product, marketing, finance and customer success.

• You play a crucial role in coordinating work and progress within and between the teams, incl. organizing and leading meetings, summarizing and sharing information and decisions.

• You have an understanding and passion for tech. You understand how money flows work, the ins and outs of the industry and you are a fast learner passionate about revolutionizing the financial industries.

• You represent the Venture within the organization as well as with external partners, customers and suppliers.

• You report to the VP of New Ventures and the country manager of Mexico to form a team of your own when necessary to build up your own business.

Requisitos

• You have a relevant degree in business, management or engineering.

• You have 5+ years of working experience in consulting, project management or fintech start-ups

• You have strong analytical skills, excel is your friend, and you thrive when communicating bold ideas to a larger group of people.

• You enjoy getting your hands dirty from time to time, getting down into the trenches when the situation requires you to.

• You are creative in finding pragmatic solutions even outside familiar territory and are quick in reacting to new realities.

• You have excellent presentation, communication and language skills (verbally and written) in English.

• You enjoy challenges, responsibility and ownership

About the Role

As a Project Manager (PMS) at Docplanner, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a product, project, or new business venture. This multifaceted role demands a broad range of cross-functional skills to manage development, drive new projects to market, and lead teams towards innovation.

You’re driven by building something new – from ideation and development, to creating go-to-market strategies and driving successful launches. You will take full responsibility for your venture’s P&L, develop financial forecasts, and represent your project both internally and externally.

Your meticulous planning skills enable you to manage multiple work streams at once. Your background in project management has given you a solid understanding of how various company departments – from product and marketing to finance and customer success – collaborate. At Docplanner, you’ll leverage global resources to accelerate progress and results.

You will be instrumental in driving coordination within and between your teams, organizing and leading meetings, synthesizing feedback, and delivering clear communication of decisions.

A passion for technology and a strong grasp of business financials are essential, as is a desire to revolutionize the financial aspects of our industry. You’ll act as an ambassador for your venture both within Docplanner and with external partners, clients, and suppliers.

You will report directly to the VP of New Ventures and the Mexico Country Manager, building your own team as needed to deliver on your business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or fintech startups

• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency

• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing

• Demonstrated ability to communicate bold ideas and drive alignment in larger groups
