Requirements:

• At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
• At least 1 year as BPO QA for Travel Campaign with at least a year of GDS experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Transaction Auditing: Diligently oversee booking, cancellation, and ticket reissuance activities to guarantee full compliance with client standards and process protocols.
• GDS & Fare Compliance: Ensure all bookings and modifications via GDS are precise, cost-efficient, and align perfectly with international fare and routing regulations.
• Coaching & Feedback: Deliver timely, event-driven, and continuous feedback to empower travel consultants and boost their performance.
• Process Improvement: Analyze emerging trends to pinpoint training opportunities, resolve process challenges, and elevate customer satisfaction to new heights.
• Reporting: Craft insightful, regular quality reports that provide leadership and stakeholders with valuable performance metrics and actionable insights.
