Requirements:
- At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
- At least 1 year in BPO Team Lead/Assistant Manager for Travel Campaign with at least a year of GDS experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Inspire and guide a dynamic team of travel consultants as they navigate and craft intricate itineraries with precision.
- GDS Expertise: Act as the go-to expert and final escalation point for all Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo system commands.
- Performance Management: Keep a close eye on key metrics such as Average Handle Time, Customer Satisfaction, and booking accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and deliver insightful performance dashboards using Excel and other cutting-edge visualization tools.
- Escalation Management: Take charge of handling complex client issues, including ticket reissues, schedule adjustments, and refund disputes, ensuring seamless resolutions.
