Shift Schedule and Work Setup: Dayshift, Fully Onsite (Schedule: 8AM - 5PM / 9AM - 6PM)

Qualifications:

Possess at least 3 years of practical experience with Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Time Deposits, or other banking-related functions.
Have experience managing end-to-end financial transactions? We highly appreciate that level of expertise!
Demonstrate a proven history of successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders? That’s a significant advantage for us.

Knowledge Area:

Business analysis, uncovering key requirements, driving process improvements, crafting detailed business and technical documentation, strategic roadmap planning, providing essential testing support, and deep expertise in banking and financial services processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead dynamic meetings with stakeholders and teams to clearly understand project objectives and effectively share insights.
Identify, analyze, and assess business and system challenges, uncover process enhancements, and spot automation opportunities.
Work collaboratively across departments to shape technical solutions and craft comprehensive business design documents and specifications.
Create standardized documentation templates while supporting roadmap development and helping prioritize key requirements.
Partner with QA teams by contributing to test planning and reviewing test cases to guarantee thorough requirement validation.
