Role Overview

Rocket Now's Ads Strategy Specialist will support the development and execution of Rocket Now’s advertising strategy through data-driven analysis, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to improve advertising performance, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development and execution of advertising business strategies and growth initiatives

  • Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for ad products and operations

  • Conduct quantitative analyses to identify revenue opportunities, pricing improvements, and operational efficiencies

  • Build regular performance reporting and generate insights to support leadership decision-making

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve advertiser performance, campaign effectiveness, and operational workflows

  • Identify business issues through data analysis and propose actionable solutions

  • Support new ad product launches and operational improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, analytics, consulting, or related fields

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and performance metrics

  • Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Native proficiency in Japanese

  • Business proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech, advertising, or platform businesses

  • Experience working closely with product and sales teams

  • Background in consulting or high-growth technology companies

  • Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset

  • Experience supporting revenue growth or monetization initiatives
