About the Role
We’re hiring a detail-oriented and process-driven Contracts Administrator to manage the complete contract lifecycle — from intake and drafting through execution, renewals, compliance tracking, and reporting.
This role is critical to ensuring agreements move quickly, accurately, and compliantly across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Security, and Executive teams.

What You’ll Own
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Manage contracts from:
- Intake
- Drafting

Ensure contracts are:
- Accurate
- Compliant
- Fully executed
- Searchable
- Audit-ready
Contract Drafting, Review & Redlining
Draft and manage:
- NDAs
- DPAs
- SOWs
- MSAs
- Vendor Agreements
- Order Forms
- Partner/Reseller Agreements
Redline agreements using:
- Microsoft Word Track Changes
Escalate non-standard legal risks involving:
- Indemnification
- Limitation of liability
- IP ownership
- Data privacy/security
- Termination clauses
- SLA deviations
Maintain detailed:
- Deviations logs
- Approval records
- Contract history
Approvals & Governance
Coordinate approvals across:
- Legal
- Finance
- Procurement
- Security
- InfoSec
- Executives
Ensure:
- Commercial terms align with pricing
- Vendor onboarding documentation is complete
- Compliance requirements are satisfied
Verify supporting documents such as:
- W-9s
- Insurance certificates (COIs)
- Banking forms
- Compliance attestations
Execution & Repository Management
Manage e-signature workflows using:
- DocuSign
- Adobe Sign
Verify:
- Signer authority
- Signature blocks
- Execution completeness
Store agreements inside:
- Ironclad
- Icertis
- Agiloft
- ContractWorks
- Conga
- SharePoint
Maintain complete metadata including:
- Contract value
- Term dates
- Renewals
- Jurisdiction
- Privacy/security addenda
Renewals, Obligations & Compliance
Track:
- Renewal deadlines
- Notice periods
- Pricing triggers
- Deliverables
- Contract obligations
Send proactive reminders to stakeholders before deadlines occur.
Ensure adherence to:
- GDPR
- CCPA
- HIPAA
- PCI-DSS
- SOX requirements where applicable
Maintain audit-ready approval and execution records.
Reporting & Operational Improvements
Build dashboards and reports covering:
- Contract cycle times
- SLA adherence
- Renewals pipeline
- Deviations tracking
- Standard vs non-standard agreements
Improve:
- CLM workflows
- Templates
- Clause libraries
- Approval routing
- Self-service agreements
Help scale legal operations through automation and documentation improvements.

- 2+ years of:
- Contracts administration

- Generate reporting dashboards and improve workflows
