A Labor Relations Analyst interprets and analyzes labor agreements to address wage and benefit matters, scope of work, geographic jurisdiction, and other contractual terms. This role also oversees the administration of apprentice certifications and progression tracking. Success in this position requires producing accurate work within tight timelines, maintaining exceptional attention to detail, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

What it takes:

  • High School degree, or equivalent, and 2+ years of experience with collective bargaining agreements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Geographic Information System (GIS) (desired)
  • Experience with construction unions and/or analyzing collective bargaining agreements (desired)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources and/or Labor Relations (desired)
