Overview

Ace Handyman Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our growing team in Rogers, Minnesota. This role is ideal for a versatile tradesperson who enjoys working on a variety of residential and light commercial projects while delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

As a Multi-Skilled Carpenter, you’ll perform a wide range of repair, remodeling, and maintenance tasks including carpentry, drywall repair, fixture installation, minor plumbing and electrical work, and general handyman services. Every day brings something different, making this a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and independence in their work.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial carpentry and handyman work
• Complete drywall repairs, trim work, door installations, cabinetry, and remodeling tasks
• Handle minor electrical and plumbing repairs as needed
• Conduct project walkthroughs and communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain professional workmanship and job site cleanliness
• Accurately assess project needs and provide input on estimates when required
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and company-approved vehicles
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing Ace Handyman Services professionally

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Must live within 25 miles of Rogers, MN
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working across multiple trades
• Own a reliable truck or van in good condition
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience performing basic electrical and plumbing tasks
• Experience with project estimating or home inspections
• Background in both commercial and residential carpentry work
