About the Role
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) for a finance position that is both highly operational and analytical.
This is not a standard accounting role. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional skills in Advanced Excel and Power BI, with the ability to manage large datasets, develop MIS systems, automate reporting processes, and enhance financial transparency across various departments.
Individuals who are not highly proficient with Excel and Power BI may find this role unsuitable.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
1. Chartered Accountant (CA) – Essential
Only candidates who are qualified Chartered Accountants will be eligible for consideration.
2. Advanced Excel – Essential
You must demonstrate high proficiency in the following areas:
- Pivot Tables
- XLOOKUP
- SUMIFS
- Data Validation
- Conditional Formatting
- Dashboard creation
- Complex formulas
- Handling large datasets
- Financial MIS reporting
Your Excel skills will be rigorously evaluated prior to the interview stage.
3. Power BI – Essential
Applicants should have strong hands-on experience in:
- Dashboard development
- Data visualization
- Automating reports
- Data modeling
- Business reporting workflows
Candidates lacking practical Power BI experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the entire Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and detailed ledger review
- Preparation of MIS and management reports
- Budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profitability
- Creation and maintenance of financial dashboards and reports
- Handling payment summaries related to operations
- Processing transport invoicing and RCTI
- Managing intercompany transactions
- Supporting strategic financial decision-making processes
- Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients effectively
- Managing escalations and overseeing finance operations
- Driving process improvements and automating reporting tasks
