Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Danish Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia. This role offers a great opportunity for Danish speakers interested in health and fitness technology to provide exceptional support to Fitbit users. As a key member of the customer support team, you will assist Danish-speaking customers with their Fitbit devices and related inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting device issues, app usage, and general Fitbit-related questions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up when necessary.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex problems.
• Stay updated with Fitbit products and features to provide accurate information.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a tech or fitness-related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and computer proficiency.
