This role offers a great opportunity for Danish speakers interested in health and fitness technology to provide exceptional support to Fitbit users. As a key member of the customer support team, you will assist Danish-speaking customers with their Fitbit devices and related inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting device issues, app usage, and general Fitbit-related questions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex problems.
- Stay updated with Fitbit products and features to provide accurate information.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
