### Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client booking requests, schedules, and reservation details
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and preferences
  • Review and confirm booking details for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide timely updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
  • Support a seamless experience from initial request through final confirmation
