The Role
A predominantly adult caseload across community and clinic settings, with flexibility to shape your week around your strengths. You’ll be working with a diverse mix of clients, giving you plenty of variety without losing consistency.
What your work will involve:
- Functional capacity assessments and goal setting
- Equipment prescription and home modifications
- Supporting clients with physical and psychosocial needs
- NDIS-focused work with a strong emphasis on outcomes
- Building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
