Role Overview
Nebius is seeking a Corporate Builds Systems Architect to lead the design, standardization, and technical strategy for workplace technology systems across global office builds and corporate environments.
This role serves as the technical authority for collaboration platforms, meeting room technology, AV systems, backend management platforms, and workplace technology infrastructure supporting corporate buildouts and ongoing operations.
The Architect will define scalable standards for conference rooms, collaboration ecosystems, device management, automation, monitoring, and supportability — ensuring all global deployments deliver a consistent, secure, and operationally efficient user experience.
This role partners closely with Workplace Technology, AV Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Security, Facilities, and Project Delivery teams to ensure all corporate environments are designed with long-term scalability, reliability, and operational simplicity in mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Workplace Technology Architecture
- Own technical architecture for workplace collaboration and meeting room systems across global offices.
- Define standards for AV, VC, conferencing, control systems, and collaboration technologies.
- Design scalable room and workplace technology templates for new office builds and renovations.
- Establish long-term roadmap for workplace technology infrastructure and platform evolution.
- Platform & Systems Management
- Oversee backend administration and management platforms supporting workplace technology environments.
- Standardize device management, monitoring, firmware, configuration, and lifecycle management processes.
- Maintain operational visibility, telemetry, reporting, and system health across deployments.
- Ensure secure and scalable remote management capabilities globally.
- Automation & Operational Efficiency
- Develop automation workflows for provisioning, monitoring, alerting, and support operations.
- Leverage APIs, scripting, and management tooling to improve operational efficiency.
- Reduce manual support overhead through scalable backend architecture and automation frameworks.
- Support creation of remote support and self-healing operational models.
- Systems Integration & Deployment Support
- Partner with IT, Security, AV Engineering, Facilities, and Construction teams during office buildouts and deployments.
- Ensure workplace systems align with enterprise infrastructure, security, and operational standards.
- Serve as technical advisor for workplace technology deployments and system refresh initiatives.
- Maintain consistency across global office environments and deployment standards.
- Standards, Governance & Documentation
- Develop and maintain global standards, SOPs, deployment documentation, and technical playbooks.
- Establish governance for platform updates, firmware policies, change management, and operational support models.
- Drive standardization across technologies, vendors, and deployment methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and managing enterprise workplace technology and collaboration environments.
- Strong knowledge of Zoom Rooms, collaboration platforms, AV ecosystems, and meeting room technologies.
- Experience with enterprise device management and monitoring platforms.
- Familiarity with networking, cloud administration, identity management, and infrastructure integration.
- Experience supporting global office deployments and corporate buildouts.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
