Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, bilingual Business Development Representative to serve as the engine of our sales pipeline. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, acting as a brand ambassador across both English and Spanish-speaking markets. This is a critical position for an ambitious professional who thrives on making connections, overcoming objections, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling.
  • Qualify inbound leads and vet potential clients to ensure a strong fit for the company’s solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a clean pipeline within the CRM, documenting all interactions and lead stages.
  • Craft personalized outreach strategies in both English and Spanish to engage diverse market segments.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives to help hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging based on real-time market feedback.

Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • A resilient, "hunter" mentality with a disciplined approach to daily activity metrics.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to pivot conversations based on prospect needs.
  • Previous experience in an outbound sales or lead generation role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Experience selling into diverse geographic markets across Latin America or Spain.
