About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Paid Media Manager to manage our lead generation engine.Operating across three distinct brands—Rentokil (Pest Control), Initial (Hygiene), and Ambius (Indoor Plants)—you will be responsible for ensuring our high-intent lead generation is efficient, scalable, and perfectly paced against monthly budgets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mastery of Google Paid Search
- Precision Pacing: Manage significant monthly budgets across three brands, ensuring spend is distributed effectively throughout the month to avoid "dark time" and maximize lead flow during peak business hours.
- Continuous Optimization: Lead daily hands-on optimization, including bid management (transitioning to/from automated bidding strategies), negative keyword auditing, and quality score improvements.
- Performance Max & Beyond: Strategically deploy and refine PMax, Local Services Ads, and traditional Search campaigns to capture both B2B and B2C demand.
- A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous ad copy and extension testing to drive industry-leading Click-Through Rates (CTR) and competitive Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) results.
2. Paid Social & Multi-Channel Support
- Meta Advertising: Execute supporting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to maintain brand presence and retarget high-intent website visitors.
- SEO & Paid Synergy: Work closely with the SEO team to identify high-performing paid keywords for organic prioritization and use paid search to "defend" brand territory.
- Website & CRO: Act as a key stakeholder for the website, providing data-backed recommendations for landing page optimizations and lead-form improvements to lower our Cost Per Lead (CPL).
3. Reporting & Strategy
- Provide weekly pacing updates and monthly performance deep-dives for each brand.
- Translate complex search data into business insights for non-technical stakeholders across the three business units.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5 years in a Performance Marketing or Paid Media role, with a clear specialization in Google Ads.
- Expert Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Google Ads scripts, automated bidding nuances, attribution tracking implementation and trouble shooting (GTM & GA4).
- The "Pacing" Mindset: Proven track record of managing high-volume budgets without underspending or overshooting targets.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for manual data manipulation and performance forecasting. Experience with Data Studio dashboards.
