This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and integrity of digital platforms by monitoring content, addressing safety issues, and enforcing policies that safeguard users. You will play an essential role in fostering a trustworthy online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and online interactions to detect and respond to violations of safety protocols.
• Carry out investigations into safety incidents, analyzing evidence and recommending appropriate actions.
• Work collaboratively with teams to develop and update policies that enhance digital safety.
• Generate reports detailing safety trends and incidents to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay informed about Industry best practices and emerging threats to proactively improve safety measures.
• Engage with users to educate them on safety practices and promote a culture of online responsibility.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or similar fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both user and team interactions.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward identifying potential safety risks.
• Knowledge of online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
