Anduril’s Strategic Financial Operations & Data Systems team serves as the backbone of our financial integrity, ensuring the foundational systems are in place that drive business outcomes. ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded EPM Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the EPM Architect & Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. You will apply foundational expertise to execute EPM configurations, maintain data integrity, and contribute to the development of efficient and scalable financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges within a financial context, enjoys hands-on system work, and is eager to grow their EPM expertise by collaborating with experienced team members. You will operate with limited oversight, receiving guidance on more complex tasks and strategies while effectively managing assigned responsibilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • EPM System Administration & Support: Assist the EPM Architect/Admin in the technical administration, maintenance, and support of the core EPM platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Data Pipeline Contribution: Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of data pipelines that feed into and from the EPM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across integrated platforms.
  • Configuration & Enhancement Execution: Perform configuration, maintenance, and enhancements within the EPM system as directed, adhering to established technical standards and governance principles.
  • Logic Development & Testing: Develop, test, and maintain business rules, calculations, and workflows within the EPM system under the guidance of the EPM Architect/Admin.
  • Roadmap Feature Delivery Participation: Participate in the execution of the EPM roadmap feature delivery, contributing to technical requirements, data conversions, testing, and other execution tasks.
  • Integration Support: Support the integration of the EPM system with upstream and downstream sources, including performing data mapping, reconciliation, and testing activities.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Assist in maintaining user and system documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of EPM processes and best practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in EPM system administration, development, or analysis, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational expertise with Planning within the Oracle Cloud EPM suite (PBCS)
  • Ability to operate with limited oversight on assigned tasks and seek guidance on more complex issues or strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of core financial concepts (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, general ledger).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with finance and technical stakeholders.
  • Appreciation for and adherence to engineering best practices, such as version control, audit-ability, and scalability.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) or other finance-related applications.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools or self-service analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry).
  • Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., SQL) for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
US Salary Range
$77,000$102,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
