### Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical and control systems across plant operations
Troubleshoot AC/DC motors, PLC systems, drives, and high-voltage equipment (up to 480V)
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and mobile equipment
Diagnose issues using tools such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment
Support electrical systems for pumps, cranes, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Assist with installation and maintenance of automated systems, including control panels and distribution systems
Balance electrical loads and wire complex circuits
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and materials used
Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams
### Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Successful completion of an electrical entrance assessment
- 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of shop math, measurements, and technical documentation
- Understanding of AC/DC motor theory and PLC troubleshooting
- Familiarity with electrical controls, drives, NFPA 70E, and high-voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
