The work

As a Program Manager, Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within the organization. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards set by the company. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of Program Management principles and be able to effectively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

To excel in this role, you will need a solid background in Program Management and Client Management.
Experience in Quality Control will also be beneficial in ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Your ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks will be crucial in meeting project deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Overall, the ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of successfully managing programs, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities will be key in driving the success of projects within the organization

Here’s what you need:

10+ years of experience directing complex, large-scale IT programs from strategy, planning, change management, implementation and ongoing sustainment.
Experience optimizing performance and delivery while scaling to meet billable targets and profitability

US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
An active secret federal security clearance is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $184,300—$209,100 USD
