The work
As an Enterprise AI Security Engineer (ISSE), you will play a pivotal role in advancing operational AI adoption by supporting a modern Hub-and-Spoke architecture designed for mission-critical applications
Key responsibilities:
- Your responsibilities will include integrating AI governance, agentic AI systems, and scalable software delivery into enterprise environments, while ensuring robust cybersecurity and continuous monitoring
- Develop and enforce zero trust architectures and classification-aware access control for mission-critical applications
- Integrate identity and access management solutions, including Keycloak, to support secure AI adoption
- Support Assessment & Authorization (A&A) and RMF Authority to Operate (ATO) processes for AI platforms
- Implement and manage runtime policy enforcement using Open Policy Agent and related tools Integrate AI governance frameworks into enterprise security and compliance workflows
- Utilize XACTA and/or eMASS for continuous monitoring and reporting of security posture Collaborate with DevSecOps, data engineering, and platform engineering teams to ensure secure and scalable software delivery
- Support the integration of cybersecurity and observability into agentic AI systems and operational workflows
- Provide subject matter expertise on zero trust implementation and identity integration for enterprise AI environments
- Your work will directly support Assessment & Authorization (A&A), Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authorization to Operate (ATO), and the seamless integration of security controls into operational workflows
- Your ability to navigate and integrate these diverse technologies and frameworks will be key to supporting mission-focused operational workflows and maintaining enterprise-wide security posture
Here’s what you need:
- Experience with implementing and maintaining runtime policy enforcement, classification-aware access control, and identity and access management (IAM) solutions that align with zero trust principles
- Experience with zero trust architectures and AI governance integration
- Experience with designing and implementing security controls for enterprise AI systems using the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Keycloak for identity integration, XACTA and/or eMASS for RMF compliance, and Open Policy Agent for dynamic policy enforcement
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices, data engineering, platform engineering, and observability solutions will further enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure that security is embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle

- Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
