At Wolt, our Retail team works closely with some of the largest and most exciting retail brands in the market, helping them grow and succeed on the platform. In this role, you will support a portfolio of large retail partners and single-vendor businesses across categories such as bakeries, butcher shops, delis, specialty food chains, and national retail brands.

This is a highly cross-functional and relationship-driven role, combining partner management, commercial thinking, operational support, and ongoing performance improvement. You’ll work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Ads, and Customer Support to help partners maximize their success on the Wolt platform.

As part of a fast-growing and evolving business unit, this role requires someone who is proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes are continuously being built and improved.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Manage and support a portfolio of large retail partners and single-vendor businesses across multiple categories
  • Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from store managers and franchisees to senior commercial teams and business owners
  • Support onboarding of new retail partners to the Wolt platform
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Support partners with operational and commercial challenges, while coordinating with relevant internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Ads, Operations, and Customer Support teams
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders
  • Take an active role in improving partner satisfaction, engagement, and long-term success on the platform

Our humble expectations

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, retail partnerships, or similar client-facing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to confidently work with both operational and senior business stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with confidence in driving conversations around growth, business performance, and partner success
  • Highly proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high responsiveness
  • Fluent in Hebrew
