Job Summary

We are recruiting a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth therapy role serving clients in Kentucky. This position focuses on providing remote mental health care through structured therapy sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress review.

The LCSW will help clients address mental health concerns, improve coping strategies, and work toward treatment goals through professional virtual care. Job Details

• Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients using a secure online platform
• Complete clinical evaluations and gather relevant client history
• Establish treatment goals based on client presentation and clinical needs
• Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and social stressors
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and care updates
• Reassess treatment plans and adjust interventions when needed
• Support clients with coping skills, decision-making, communication, and emotional health
• Follow all applicable privacy, documentation, and telehealth requirements
• Maintain a professional remote environment for client care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted Kentucky LCSW license
• Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
• Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and accuracy
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
