Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products and services with professionalism and accuracy.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver excellent service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is required.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation expenses covered by the company.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
