We are seeking a results-driven Sales Hunter to accelerate the growth of new business within the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector across North America.
The successful candidate will possess a proven history in enterprise technology sales, particularly in marketing digital transformation services such as Cloud, AI/ML, Data & Analytics, Automation, Customer Experience (CX), and Platform Engineering solutions.
This position demands a consultative sales approach, strong connections within the BFSI industry, and the capability to secure complex enterprise-level agreements.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive enterprise sales initiatives within BFSI accounts across North America.
Identify, connect with, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in banks, insurance companies,
fintechs, and other financial institutions.
Manage the entire sales process — from prospecting and generating pipeline to handling proposals,
negotiations, and deal closure.
Collaborate closely with pre-sales teams, solution architects, and offshore delivery units to develop impactful
transformation solutions.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities by utilizing CRM and sales enablement
platforms.
Skillfully navigate complex enterprise purchasing cycles to secure significant strategic agreements.
Represent the organization at BFSI industry gatherings, conferences, and executive meetings to enhance
brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience
Over 10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including a minimum of 4 years focused on BFSI clients.
Demonstrated track record in acquiring and closing net-new enterprise accounts.
Extensive experience in selling digital transformation, IT services, consulting, or technology solutions.
In-depth knowledge of the BFSI technology landscape and enterprise procurement processes.
Strong skills in prospecting and relationship management within mid-market and enterprise segments.
Capable of confidently engaging and influencing CXOs and senior business leaders.
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and entrepreneurial in approach.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Preferred Background
Experience in selling solutions related to Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Automation, Customer Experience, or Platform Engineering.
A well-established network within BFSI organizations across North America is highly advantageous.
