Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to invite French-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading technology company in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to French-speaking clients, helping them navigate and resolve issues related to innovative tech products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with technical troubleshooting, product information, and service requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about new technology trends, company products, and policies to provide up-to-date assistance.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new work environment.
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning mindset.
