In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to French-speaking clients, helping them navigate and resolve issues related to innovative tech products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with technical troubleshooting, product information, and service requests efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new technology trends, company products, and policies to provide up-to-date assistance.
- Offer feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
