We’re looking for a Mobile UI Designer to join our growing team in Dublin.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys turning ideas into clear, elegant mobile experiences. You’ll work closely with our Lead Designer, developers, project managers, and clients to shape products from concept through delivery.

We are particularly interested in people who:

This is not a “throw designs over the wall” role. We value designers who are comfortable discussing ideas, iterating quickly, and contributing thoughtfully throughout a project.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive, visually polished mobile interfaces for iOS and Android apps.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, project managers, and clients throughout projects.
• Translate complex workflows and information into clear, usable experiences.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI patterns.
• Produce prototypes, transitions, and motion concepts that help communicate interaction and polish.
• Present and explain design decisions clearly and confidently.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Help ensure implemented apps faithfully reflect the intended design experience.
• Explore and adopt modern workflows and tools, including AI-assisted design approaches where appropriate.
• Contribute ideas that improve both the product and the way we work.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UI craft, visual hierarchy, typography, and interaction thinking.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design principles.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally.
• Comfort working collaboratively in small, cross-functional teams.
• Interest in motion design, animation, transitions, or interactive prototyping.
• Curiosity about evolving design workflows and emerging technologies, including AI-assisted tools.
• A thoughtful, low-ego approach to feedback and iteration.
• Ability to move quickly from ideas to early concepts and refine collaboratively.

Nice To Have

These are not strict requirements, but would be considered a strong advantage:

• Motion design or animation experience.
• Experience working closely with mobile developers.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
• Familiarity with implementation constraints on iOS or Android.
• Experience participating in client workshops or presentations.
