Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the full production process from samples to final production
• Follow up on production timelines and factory deliveries
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout all stages
• Coordinate between the office, warehouse, and factories
• Monitor inventory and production flow with warehouse teams
• Conduct factory and field visits when needed
• Solve production issues and ensure smooth operational workflow
• Prepare production and follow-up reports regularly

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion production or garment manufacturing

• Previous experience working with factories, warehouses, and field operations
• Strong understanding of the production cycle from sampling to final delivery
• Experience in quality control and production follow-up
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to move between the office, warehouse, factories, and field visits when required
• Good communication and reporting skills
