Senior Electrical Engineer – Industrial Power Systems

Compensation: Starting at $90,000+ annually (based on experience)
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design and development of industrial power and control systems. This position involves hands-on engineering work and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable electrical solutions from concept through implementation.
### Primary Responsibilities
Develop and design electrical systems for power distribution and control applications
Generate and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, and bills of materials
Support new product development as well as modifications to existing systems
Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and internal engineering practices
Provide technical guidance to production and operations teams as needed
Maintain organized engineering records, documentation, and revision control
Partner with project teams from order release through final delivery
Monitor project progress and support adherence to established timelines
Participate in project reviews and coordination meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve design efficiency and product performance
### Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE required)
Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical or power systems design
U.S. Citizenship required
Experience with control system components such as relays, breakers, contactors, and metering devices
Working knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens experience preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical (current version)
Strong understanding of electrical wiring, integration, and system layout within equipment or structures
Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and regulatory requirements
Experience working with electromechanical systems
