Accounts Executive - Fresh Grad (Subang LRT)

As our Accounts Executive, you will be the guardian of our revenue cycle. You will leverage the system to ensure financial accuracy and help manage our cash flow efficiently.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Billing & Systems Management:  Learn and manage the billing systems.  Ensure all customer billing data is accurately matched and processed.
• Risk Assessment:  Manage write offs and assist in provisioning for bad debts
• Reporting and Reconciliation:  Prepare reconciliation reports and Bad Debt Provision to provide management with clear financial insights
• Revenue Assurance & QC: Act as a financial detective by bridging operations and finance to identify, track, and resolve any mismatches between customer payments and services delivered, ensuring maximum revenue recovery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in related field
• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in AR
• Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Good IT knowledge with advance excel skills will be an added advantage
• Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently, meticulous, analytical and able to work under tight deadline

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to do multitasking job
• Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
• Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English, Mandarin and Korean / Thai able to converse in decent clear communication
